THE FOUNDATION

In 2020, our founder, Stephen Range started a basketball league during the COVID-19 Pandemic. Even during this difficult time, he was able to adapt to the changing rules and regulations and moved his idea to outdoor courts. He brought a piece of the community together under the watchful eyes of a few city council board members and successfully produced a safe and uplifting environment for everyone. In the attempt to unite the community and expand the organization even further, Foundation 717 was born. Join us and support the cause by helping us make a difference in our community.

BASKETBALL LEAGUE

Community & Competition

Started in 2020, The Harrisburg Summer League is the premier place for the best hoopers in Central PA to showcase their skills. For a couple months, it’s "put up or shut up", where the only thing that matters is what’s done on the court. Grab your team and see if you can take home the trophy this year, and claim the top of the mountain for yourself.

It’s more than the game. It’s about conquering ourselves to dominate our opponents on the field. The Panthers are a Football team that participates in various forms of football ranging from arena to flag. When not on the field, we also get involved in the community. Come to one of our games and check us out.
